LATE PAYMENT FEE: (Effective 1/1/2011) A penalty of $15.00 will be applied to delinquent bills (payments received on the 16th or thereafter) RETURNED CHECK FEE: (Effective 1/1/2011) Returned check fee is a $30.00. This includes any returned check that results in the account not being paid on the due date If a check has been returned for non-sufficient funds (this includes any person making a payment on your account by check). RECONNECT FEE: A fee of $50.00 will be charged for reconnecting service after the Corporation has previously disconnected the service for any reason provided for in the Tariff. SERVICE TRIP FEE: The Corporation shall charge a trip fee of $25.00 for any service call or trip to the Member's tap as a result of a request by the Member or resident (unless the service call is in response to damage of the Corporation's or another Member's facilities) or for the purpose of disconnecting or collecting payment for services. CUSTOMER HISTORY REPORT FEE: A fee of $1.00 will be charged to provide a copy of the Members record of past water purchases in response to a Member's request for such a record. TRANSFER FEE: An Applicant for service who is a Transferee shall complete all required application forms, and pay a Transfer Fee of $40.00. Transfers must be completed within ten (10) days of the date of closing. MEMBERSHIP FEE: (EFFECTIVE 2/14/17): A $100.00 (refundable or transferable) Fee is required at the time of Transfer. Fee is to be refunded or transferred only if account is paid in full and Membership Transfer Authorization form is signed, notarized and returned to YWSC releasing account to new member. AUTOMATIC METER READ FEE (AMR): A fee of $5.00 for 60 months will be charged for Automatic Meter Reading. FIRE HYDRANT METERS / CONSTRUCTION METERS: YWSC may authorize a portable meter to be connected temporarily during construction operations in lieu of installing a temporary service line provided the customer: - Pays a customer installation fee - Assumes responsibility for the safekeeping of the meter, fitting, and connection - Pays the charges set out in the charge schedules - Complies with YWSC backflow prevention requirements FIRE HYDRANT / CONSTRUCTION METER CHARGES: - Installation Fee $300.00 - Daily Availability Charge $4.50 (Daily Charge) - Monthly Read Fee $25.00 - Consumption Charge based on Appropriate Rate Charts HYDRAULIC SURVEY FEE: (EFFECTIVE 11/14/2017) A Hydraulic Survey Fee will be required for all new requests and will be based on type of service to be provided. |
